Historical notice
Cette église est désaffectée depuis 1906. C'est une ancienne priorale fondée par les religieux de l'abbaye de Villelouin, construite dans le style roman en moyen appareil de tuffeau à la fin du 12e siècle, et couverte au début du 13e siècle de croisées d'ogives bombées, de type angevin. L'édifice fut remanié dans la seconde moitié du 15e siècle (trois travées orientales ; clocher). Le portail roman ouvre sur la nef gothique. Le porche du 16e siècle devant le portail existait encore en 1954. A l'intérieur, restes de peintures (litre funéraire).
