Historical notice
La chapelle, depuis sa construction en 1524, n'a subi que peu de modifications. L'abbé Joseph Vavasseur, dans sa monographie publiée en 1923, l'attribue à la générosité de Gilles Hommède, alors curé de Luché. L'édifice développe une architecture simple mais se distingue par ses voûtes lambrissées du 16e siècle peintes au pochoir, tant dans la nef que dans les chapelles.
