Historical notice
La construction de l'église remonte au début du 16e siècle. Elle fut bâtie sur les ruines d'une ancienne abbaye fondée vers 1010 par Foulques Néra, comte d'Anjou, qui y fut enterré en 1040. Clocher roman.
