Historical notice
Construite par l'architecte Bougoüin en 1899, cette église néo-gothique est conçue sur un plan mixte, centré (transept central) et orienté, et une composition extérieure très riche due à l'étagement des volumes polygonaux des chapelles articulant les bras du transept, la nef, le choeur, scandés par des contreforts et des tourelles d'escalier. Dans l'espace intérieur, l'influence angevine est très importante.
