Historical notice
Edifice de plan rectangulaire, terminé à l'est par une abside polygonale. Aucune de ces parties ne paraît antérieure à la fin du 13e siècle. Le clocher et les chapelles latérales ont été sans doute élevés au 15e siècle. L'abside, le choeur et les chapelles latérales sont voûtées sur croisée d'ogives. Le voûtement actuel de la nef a peut-être remplacé la voûte primitive en lambris. Adossé à la façade nord de la nef se trouve le banc d'oeuvre provenant de la Sainte Chapelle de Bourges, édifice disparu. Le clocher est sur plan carré à la base puis s'élève sur plan octogonal à partir du premier quart de sa hauteur. De longues pyramides amortissent les angles en prolongement de puissants contreforts. Au sud s'élève une tourelle d'escalier. Le dernier étage est percé de huit baies en arc brisé.
