Historical notice
En 1650, la propriété appartenait à Jean Dreux, procureur du roi à Chinon. Le manoir comprend un bâtiment dont l'étage supérieur a été arasé et qui était, à son rez-de-chaussée, percé d'un large couloir d'accès à la cour, voûté en berceau srubaissé. A l'est de ce bâtiment s'en trouve un autre, plus élevé, accompagné au sud d'une tour polygonale d'escalier, et au nord d'une tour carrée. En retour d'équerre vers le sud, une aile a été modernisée mais son pignon sud a conservé son aspect ancien, son puits et son cul de four.
