Historical notice
Vaste domaine agricole acquis en 1825 par Etienne-Jean-Baptiste Blon, beau-frère de François-Léonard Seheult. La villa, achevée en 1825, peut-être agrandie en 1843, est due à la collaboration entre Blon et Seheult. Fabrique, chapelle de 1836. Parc paysager créé en 1872 par le paysagiste Noisette.
