Historical notice
Eglise ayant appartenu à l'abbaye de Cormery selon une bulle de 1180. La nef, détruite par un incendie en 1876, a été reconstruite. A la suite de la nef moderne, le transept a sa croisée voûtée d'une coupole sur trompes. Les croisillons sont accompagnés chacun d'une absidiole voûtée en cul de four. L'abside semi circulaire voûtée en cul de four termine l'église. Le clocher domine la croisée du transept et a été reconstruit en partie au 15e siècle.
