Historical notice
Les opérations de fouilles effectuées de 1951 à 2002 dans l'îlot 1 ont permis d'identifier les vestiges d'un grand sanctuaire circulaire urbain, établi sur un podium. Une petite portion des vestiges est accessible par une trappe ouverte dans la cour intérieure de l'îlot. Ce sanctuaire aurait été édifié à la fin du Ier siècle ou, plus probablement, au début du IIe siècle après J.-C., sur un îlot déjà urbanisé.
