Historical notice

En 1746, Louis XV fait cadeau du château à Mme de Pompadour qui, de 1750 à 1754, fait entreprendre la restructuration du village. Reprenant les techniques architecturales des constructions contemporaines exécutées par la marquise de Pompadour, la façade fronton de la Bellassière est construite vers 1750, en avant du moulin à blé pour le cacher et faire pendant au petit château d'Aunay.
