Théâtre à l'italienne édifié en 1859 en remplacement de l'ancien théâtre détruit par un incendie. Décor éclectique sur la façade principale. A l'intérieur, les niveaux, le décor blanc et or des balcons, le lambrequin de la scène sont toujours en place.
