Historical notice
L'existence d'un lieu de culte a été mise en évidence dans cette zone, postérieure à 52 avant Jésus-Christ. Aux édifices en bois et torchis succèdent des constructions en pierre et mortier, témoignant de la romanisation du site à partir du 1er siècle après Jésus-Christ. Des traces d'incendie laissent envisager une destruction du lieu vers 276.
